We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key content: - Intro: "See it Differently - Early Careers at Arup See it differently You see the world through a unique lens..." That's basically about the role? Could be "About the role". We'll include a paragraph summarizing that. - The opportunity: bullet list of duties: "Develop concepts and strategies for lighting projects, with senior team members Lighting calculations (Electrical and Daylighting) Produce lighting modelling including building computer and physical models (3-D and 2-D) Develop visual materials to represent lighting designs, including inside of Photoshop and Adobe Suite Report writing Working on projects using Revit Giving initial structure to ideas through testing and using spreadsheets, reports, sketching and analyses for discussion Working with vendors to gain knowledge on new subjects and assist in facilitating meetings Attending meetings and learning from listening, participating with teams, architects and other disciplines" We can turn into
  • items. - "Is this role right for you?" then list of qualifications/requirements: Bachelor or Master's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Interior Design, Lighting Design, Building Science, Theatre design or similar related field; Core interest in lighting design industry with emphasis on architectural lighting design, daylighting, or architectural application of theatre lighting design; Understanding of lighting fundamentals including photometric quantities, calculation techniques, and light source types; Ability to model in 3D via Rhino, AutoCAD, Revit and/or SketchUp; Experience with MS word, Excel, and Adobe Suite; Experience with AGI-32, Dialux, or similar lighting software; Capability to explain spatial design in a conversational and visual context; Coursework in Architectural or Lighting Systems Design and/or Building Systems Design; Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for team-based working; Portfolio or work sample included in application; Internship experience in a consulting firm with emphasis on lighting design preferred; Academic research with relevant focus preferred; Membership in IES and Student IALD preferred; Experience with Radiance preferred; Experience with technical writing preferred; Exposure to programming such as, but not limited to, Python, C++, C# preferred; The ability to prioritize effectively, balance assigned work and exceptional organization skills required for our constantly evolving environment. We can separate into Requirements (education, eligibility) and Skills (technical). But we can also combine. - "To Be Considered For a Graduate Opportunity, Your Application Must Include a Copy Of Your Cv/resume And Meet The Following Criteria Candidate must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future No more than 12 months of full-time experience in a comparable role Recently graduated, or on track to graduate, from your most recent degree, related to your role of choice, before employment starts" That's eligibility criteria. - "Alongside your degree, we look for the following core attributes; Changemakers: A passion for sustainable development and creating a better world is key. Innovative minds: We’re looking for critical thinkers who embrace new ideas and challenge the status quo. Growth seekers: You have a growth mindset, always eager to learn and explore new ways of working. Adaptable adventurers: You’re ready to take on any challenge that comes your way." That's maybe "Qualities" or "Attributes". Could be part of Requirements or separate section like "Core Attributes". But we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map core attributes to Qualifications or Requirements. Probably "Qualifications" for education/eligibility, "Skills" for technical skills, "Requirements" for core attributes? But we need to decide. Better: Use "About the role" for intro paragraph. "Responsibilities" for the opportunity bullet list. "Requirements" for eligibility (US work auth, experience limit, recent grad). "Qualifications" for degree and core interest etc. "Skills" for technical software skills, programming, etc. "Benefits" for benefits description (profit share, 401k, flexible working, health, etc). "Pay" for hiring ranges per city. "Schedule" not present, so omit. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. But we can include Pay section with actual ranges; that's substantive. Must not include "Benefits are not included in the base salary." That's okay as part of Pay description? Actually Pay section should include the hiring ranges. The statement "Benefits are not included in the base salary." is more about Pay but we can include as note. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, Next steps, etc. So we must cut out "Next steps", "Different people, shared values", EEO paragraph, accessibility statement, etc. We must preserve all substantive information: that includes the core attributes, benefits description, profit share, 401k, flexible working, health, etc. Also the hiring ranges for each city. We must not include duplicated lines. There's repeated "Hiring Range – Hiring Range -". We'll deduplicate. We must not include "See it Differently - Early Careers at Arup See it differently You see the world through a unique lens..." maybe duplicate phrase. We'll keep a concise paragraph. Now produce HTML. Structure:

    Pay

The good‑faith base salary hiring ranges (benefits not included) are:

    • Houston: $76,500 – $83,500 per year
    • Austin: $73,500 – $80,500 per year
    • Los Angeles: $76,500 – $83,500 per year

These ranges are commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level.

We must not include "Schedule". Also we must not include any boilerplate like "Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of ... will differ." That's somewhat boilerplate but it's a note about variation; maybe we can keep as it's substantive? It says "Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of [city] will differ." That's a generic statement; could be considered boilerplate but it's specific to each city. Might be okay to keep as note. However the instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." This note is not exactly those categories; it's about pay ranges. Might be considered part of Pay section. Could keep as a short sentence. We could incorporate into Pay section: "Please note that hiring ranges for work performed outside the listed cities will differ." We'll add a

after the list. Now ensure no repeated content. Check duplicates: We have "Experience with MS word, Excel, and Adobe Suite" appears both in qualifications? Actually we put in Skills. Good. Check "Ability to explain spatial design in a conversational and visual context" appears both in Qualifications and Skills? We had it in Qualifications? Actually we didn't include that in Qualifications; we put in Skills. Good. Check "Coursework in Architectural or Lighting Systems Design and/or Building Systems Design" appears in Skills; also maybe in Qualifications? Not included. Good. Check "Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for team-based working" appears in Qualifications; also maybe elsewhere? Not else. Check "Portfolio or work sample included in application" appears in Qualifications. Check "Internship experience in a consulting firm with emphasis on lighting design preferred" appears in Skills. Check "Academic research with relevant focus preferred" appears in Skills. Check "Membership in IES and Student IALD preferred" appears in Skills. Check "Experience with Radiance preferred" appears in Skills. Check "Experience with technical writing preferred" appears in Skills. Check "Exposure to programming such as, but not limited to, Python, C++, C# preferred" appears in Skills. Check "Ability to prioritize effectively, balance assigned work and exceptional organization skills required
