Graduate Assistant-Communication Coordinator
Position Summary Information
The Office of the Registrar is seeking a graduate student for the role of Communication Coordinator on our Communications Team to support the office with a variety of projects and responsibilities including creating content for community newsletters, preparing mass email reminders for students and faculty, updating the office webpages, preparing presentation slides, creating materials to promote special events, maintaining the office communication calendar and preparing an office communication plan.
Applicants should have excellent time-management skills, strong writing and listening skills and the ability to manage a variety of moving parts of a project. Canva knowledge or similar software a must.
Candidate should have completed an undergraduate degree and currently seeking a Villanova graduate program in a writing intensive area, and/or in communications, public administration, higher education or marketing.
