About the role

The Communication Coordinator is responsible for updating, reviewing, and analyzing data to create and maintain comprehensive and accurate files. This position will initiate new and coordinate existing projects designed to enhance communication methods with donors and other key internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Relations teams. This role also involves creating, modifying, and maintaining coordinator communication campaigns to be utilized within the Relations and Recruitment departments.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and coordinate projects to optimize contact preferences, attributes, and communication campaigns for all regions.
  • Support Marketing initiatives to promote to new and existing audiences via communication software.
  • Perform clean up and exclusions as needed within the software systems.
  • Maintain and enhance the Loyalty Program.
  • Support creation and modification of SOPs for the Relations department.
  • Train other departments, staff, and volunteers in software and programs related to Donor Relations and donor or blood drive coordinator communication.

Qualifications

  • Preference for candidates with experience in donor relations and communication campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM systems and loyalty programs.

Skills

  • Proficiency in communication software and platforms.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and their functionalities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data.

The pay range for this position is $20.25 - $20.25/hr. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
