About the role
The Communications Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing the organization’s external and internal communications. This includes creating and distributing press releases, managing social media accounts, and coordinating events.
Responsibilities
- Create and distribute press releases and other marketing materials
- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers
- Coordinate and support event planning and execution
- Develop and maintain the organization’s brand identity
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in communications or a similar field
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Experience with social media management tools
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
