About the role

The Communications Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing the organization’s external and internal communications. This includes creating and distributing press releases, managing social media accounts, and coordinating events.

Responsibilities

  • Create and distribute press releases and other marketing materials
  • Manage social media accounts and engage with followers
  • Coordinate and support event planning and execution
  • Develop and maintain the organization’s brand identity
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in communications or a similar field
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Experience with social media management tools
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
