About the role
The Office of the Registrar is seeking a graduate student for the role of Communication Coordinator on our Communications Team.
Responsibilities
- Create content for community newsletters
- Prepare mass email reminders for students and faculty
- Update the office webpages
- Prepare presentation slides
- Create materials to promote special events
- Maintain the office communication calendar
- Prepare an office communication plan
Requirements
- Excellent time-management skills
- Strong writing and listening skills
- The ability to manage a variety of moving parts of a project
- Canva knowledge or similar software required
Qualifications
- Completed an undergraduate degree
- Currently seeking a Villanova graduate program in a writing intensive area, and/or in communications, public administration, higher education or marketing

Schedule
During office hours M-F from 9-5, work shifts can be flexible to student’s availability. A minimum of four (4) 5-hour shifts per week are required.
