About the role

The Office of the Registrar is seeking a graduate student for the role of Communication Coordinator on our Communications Team.

Responsibilities

  • Create content for community newsletters
  • Prepare mass email reminders for students and faculty
  • Update the office webpages
  • Prepare presentation slides
  • Create materials to promote special events
  • Maintain the office communication calendar
  • Prepare an office communication plan

Requirements

  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Strong writing and listening skills
  • The ability to manage a variety of moving parts of a project
  • Canva knowledge or similar software required

Qualifications

  • Completed an undergraduate degree
  • Currently seeking a Villanova graduate program in a writing intensive area, and/or in communications, public administration, higher education or marketing

$1107 MPT biweekly rate

Schedule

During office hours M-F from 9-5, work shifts can be flexible to student’s availability. A minimum of four (4) 5-hour shifts per week are required.
