Graduate Assistant - 2nd Year SOM Research Program
About the role
A graduate student in an institution within the Texas Tech University System employed in support of a department or unit responsible for work assigned by the supervisor within the unit or department which utilizes knowledge beyond undergraduate academic studies.
Major/Essential Functions
- Work on establishing and conducting a research project.
- Servers in a university department for a specified length to gain practical experience during graduate or undergraduate studies.
- Responsible for developing and refining methods necessary to complete assigned work.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in the graduate program of an institution within the Texas Tech University System.
Preferred Qualifications
- Accepted for 2nd year program for Medical students at TTUHSC SOM.

Pay
Pay Basis: Hourly
Pay Grade: Minimum $9.98, Maximum $25.00
Pay Statement: Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as the institutional pay plan.
