Grace Bible Church

The Grace Fellows Program is a two-year educational and ministry leadership program designed to train leaders for a lifetime of ministry. The purpose of the Grace Fellows Program is to continue the process of developing the character, skills, knowledge, and vision necessary for a lifetime of ministry while assisting the various Grace ministries in fulfilling its vision of helping people find and follow Jesus. Designed for college graduates, the Fellows Program gives participants the opportunity to explore and experience vocational ministry while getting credit from Dallas Theological Seminary. Duties Department Participate in weekly staff meetings and planning meetingsLead and coach ministry leadersLead or participate in cross-cultural trips as assigned by your departmentHelp with MOD walk-ins as neededPlan and execute Department eventsAssist with administrative tasks as needed Fellows Program Participate in Fellows ClassesComplete all Fellows Class Homework as assignedParticipate in Fellows Program development moments (Cohorts, Lunch Seminars)Raise 100% of support through ReliantMaintain support base through regular update communicationParticipate in character and spiritual development with supervisor/mentorExperience “church life” activities such as baptisms, weddings, funerals, membership, GFG, etc. Other duties as assigned Qualifications A committed and growing Christian in a strong relationship with a local, Bible-teaching churchBachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceA passion for support and service with a teachable spiritAbility to engage in multiple projects and priorities, independently as well as in a team contextEffective interpersonal, relational and communication (written and verbal) skills
