Note from Lead Pastor
The job description may seem extensive, but a conversation would be helpful to clarify expectations. In the discipleship areas, the senior pastor already handles many of these responsibilities and will continue to share them. Preaching is flexible—it’s included if the candidate wants to develop in this area but is not mandatory. We will discuss our discipleship huddles, which form the foundation of our disciple-making efforts. Collaboration is key, allowing us to be better together, united in vision, and empowered to serve according to our gifts.
