Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive travel planning for business, government, and leisure trips.
- Utilize risk management tools to ensure traveler safety and compliance.
- Offer destination insights and real-time resources like flight tracking, entry requirements, weather updates, and currency exchange calculators.
- Support clients across the Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, DoD agencies, GSA, and beyond.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of travel regulations and policies relevant to federal and defense sectors.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with travel management software.
- Experience in customer service and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
