Responsibilities

• Serve a wide range of clients across the Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, DoD agencies, GSA, and beyond.
• Provide comprehensive travel planning for business, government, and leisure trips.
• Utilize risk management tools, destination insights, and real-time resources such as flight tracking, entry requirements, weather updates, and currency exchange calculators.
• Deliver seamless support before, during, and after every trip.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of travel regulations and policies relevant to the federal government and defense industry.
• Experience in travel management, preferably in a government or military setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of travel management software and tools.
