For our client, a leader in the Information Technology space, we are seeking a Government Technical Consultant to join their team. This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Support technical service delivery and platform performance across operations and implementations
- Monitor SLAs, service performance metrics, and incident trends to identify risks with the Technical Director
- Participate in incident response, including impact assessment and cross-functional resolution coordination
- Coordinate with product, engineering, and third-party teams to address technical priorities and delivery issues
- Communicate risks and issues to stakeholders, translating technical information for diverse audiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT delivery and operations for enterprise-scale platforms in regulated environments
- Hands-on experience with concurrent production operations and implementation efforts
- Experience in incident and problem management for 24x7 systems, including root cause analysis
- Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, networking, and information security controls
- Ability to leverage service performance data to identify issues in a production environment

Pay
$100,000 – $120,000 annually
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
