Specific Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and provide information to applicants/licensees

  • Handle communications and documents received via fax

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proficiency with standard office software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Basic data entry and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Work in a professional office environment characterized by standard lighting, temperature, and moderate noise levels
  • Willingness to physically come into the office to perform job duties
