Specific Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and provide information to applicants/licensees
- Reply to general emails
- Document intake and processing
- Handle communications and documents received via fax
- Process mail
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficiency with standard office software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Basic data entry and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Minimum Qualifications
- Work in a professional office environment characterized by standard lighting, temperature, and moderate noise levels
- Willingness to physically come into the office to perform job duties
