Responsibilities
- Own customer outcomes post-sale including key metrics like GRR and NRR across high-value accounts
- Multithread across complex organizations by establishing and nurturing relationships with at least three stakeholders per account
- Configure Apollo to leverage AI-driven workflows suited to each account's go-to-market strategy
- Turn usage data into opportunities for upselling and seat expansion before customers need to ask
- Advise executives on go-to-market strategy, presenting ROI and strategic insights effectively at a high level
- Identify and mitigate churn risk by ensuring comprehensive visibility of value across client organizations
Qualifications
- 6+ years in Solution Engineering, GTM consulting, Customer Success, RevOps, Growth, or Sales Development with experience in multi-stakeholder accounts
- Natural ability to build and maintain relationships beyond a single champion within enterprise accounts
- Hands-on experience designing GTM campaigns, workflows, and systems with an AI-focused methodology
- Strong analytical skills with familiarity in signals, segments, and pipeline metrics like ICP, TAM, SAM, and attribution models
- Proficient in presenting to C-suite executives and adapting messaging based on audience
- Customer-focused, with a proven ability to foster long-lasting client relationships that prevent churn
