GNA Geriatric Nursing Assistant CNA1

Agency-free facility with dependable and dedicated co-workers providing skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy, and those requiring long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting
• Mobility Support: Help reposition, get in and out of bed, transfer to chairs, and walk safely
• Vitals & Monitoring: Check vitals/weight and report changes in physical/mental health
• Feeding & Hydration: Assist with meals, snacks, and ensure adequate fluid intake
• Living Assistance: Make beds, tidy rooms, and help residents participate in activities
• Companionship: Provide friendship and emotional safety for a genuine human bond
• Document: Enter care information into our software system

Requirements

• Certified to work within the State of Maryland as a CNA-1 Certified Nursing Assistant (GNA Geriatric Nursing Assistant)
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check, and physical evaluation
• Kind and compassionate
• Dependable, committed, and ready to work as a team
