We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy, and to those needing long-term care.

Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting
- Mobility Support: Help reposition, get in and out of bed, transfer to chairs, and walk safely
- Vitals & Monitoring: Check vitals/weight and report changes in physical/mental health
- Feeding & Hydration: Assist with meals, snacks, and ensure that they drink enough fluids
- Living Assistance: Make beds, tidy rooms, and help them to participate in activities
- Companionship: Provide friendship and emotional safety for a genuine human bond
- Document: Enter info into our software system to keep track of the care you give
Requirements
- Certified to work within the State of Maryland as a CNA-1 Certified Nursing Assistant (GNA Geriatric Nursing Assistant)
- Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check, and physical evaluation

Pay
- Premium Pay Rates
- Shift Differentials
- $3,000 Full Time Sign On Bonus
- $1,500 Part Time Sign On Bonus
Schedule
- Any Shift
- Weekend Baylor: 7am-11pm or 3pm-7am Saturday & Sunday – Work 30hrs get paid for 37.5!
- Full Time or Part Time Options – All Shifts!
