Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting
- Mobility Support: Assist with repositioning, getting in and out of bed, transferring to chairs, and walking safely
- Vitals & Monitoring: Check vitals and weight; report changes in physical or mental health
- Feeding & Hydration: Assist with meals and snacks; ensure adequate fluid intake
- Living Assistance: Make beds, tidy rooms, and help residents participate in activities
- Companionship: Provide friendship and emotional support
- Document: Record care details in our software system
Requirements
- Certified to work within the State of Maryland as a CNA-1 (GNA Geriatric Nursing Assistant)
- Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check, and physical evaluation
- Kind and compassionate
- Dependable, committed, and ready to work as a team
Full-time and part-time positions available across all shifts.
