About the Role

We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy, and to those requiring long-term care. Join our team at Complete Care at La Plata and make a difference in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting.
• Mobility Support: Help residents reposition, get in and out of bed, transfer to chairs, and walk safely.
• Vitals & Monitoring: Check vitals and weight, and report changes in physical and mental health.
• Feeding & Hydration: Assist with meals, snacks, and ensure residents drink enough fluids.
• Living Assistance: Make beds, tidy rooms, and help residents participate in activities.
• Companionship: Provide friendship and emotional safety for a genuine human bond.
• Documentation: Enter information into our software system to keep track of the care provided.

Qualifications

• Certified to work within the State of Maryland as a CNA-1 Certified Nursing Assistant (GNA Geriatric Nursing Assistant)
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check, and physical evaluation

Pay

$21.00 & Up!! +$2 Weekdays & +$3 Weekend 2nd Shift Diff

Sign-On Bonus

• $3,000 for Full Time (3-11pm)
• $1,500 for Part Time (3-11pm)
