GMT Partnership Specialist

Atom.com is hiring a GMT Partnership Specialist to own and grow our partner relationships across global markets. This is a mid-level, execution-focused role for someone who has built partnerships before, understands how to move deals forward across time zones, and is deeply familiar with the AI startup ecosystem. You’ll be the person who keeps the pipeline moving, partners engaged, and programs producing results — operating independently across a global partner base. What You’ll Do Own a portfolio of active and prospective partnerships across global markets, with a focus on GMT-aligned regionsIdentify and develop new relationships with AI startups, developer tools, accelerators, and founder communitiesExecute co-marketing campaigns, referral programs, and integration initiatives with partnersManage partner onboarding, activation, and ongoing engagementTrack pipeline health, partner performance, and program outcomes in CRMRepresent Atom in partner conversations, ecosystem communities, and relevant industry spaces What We’re Looking For 3 to 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem rolesFamiliarity with the AI startup ecosystem and comfort operating in global, cross-timezone environmentsProven ability to move partnerships from early conversation to active, producing relationshipsStrong communicator — clear, responsive, and reliable across async and live settingsSelf-directed with strong pipeline management habitsStartup or marketplace background strongly preferred About Atom Atom.com is an AI-first domain marketplace and ICANN-accredited registrar helping entrepreneurs discover, evaluate, and secure the right domain.
