GMP Supervisor

About the role

The GMP Supervisor will coordinate activities within the assigned areas in the GMP program, including employees and temporary staff. They will inspect areas, equipment, and working conditions to ensure compliance with sanitation, OSHA regulations, and site-specific SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise, and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures
• Coordinate and monitor work activities, recommend training, and issue discipline
• Prepare written reports, such as pass downs and updates
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections
• Track equipment and supply inventory, schedule maintenance and repairs, and maintain records
• Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment to ensure safety compliance
• Report employee personnel and customer issues to the manager
• Correct at-risk behavior immediately and report to the manager
• Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas needing improvement
• Maintain records, including training, inspections, attendance, and metric data

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field from a four-year college or university with 1-3 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: May be required to have a valid driver’s license
