Supervisor Maintenance
About the role
The Maintenance Division supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities within the Clean Energy Center (CEC) to support all divisional, departmental, and corporate goals. This role requires adherence to company policies and regulations, including NRC guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Supervise craft personnel to ensure safe and effective completion of assigned maintenance tasks in accordance with CEC procedures and NRC regulations.
- Ensure proper supervision, training, and qualification of department personnel, including emergency plan qualifications.
- Communicate significant issues to the Maintenance Manager and other CEC management levels.
- Foster open communication and collaboration with internal and external organizations, including INPO and regulatory agencies.
- Administer coaching, mentoring, and performance management, including initiating disciplinary actions.
- Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of corporate, CEC, and divisional business goals and objectives.
- Manage vendor inspections and repairs of CEC equipment.
- Supervise procurement and use of materials, parts, tools, and equipment.
- Participate in work control coordination, scheduling, and engineering meetings.
- Identify and support improvement opportunities.
- Perform other job assignments as directed by management.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with 6 years of related experience, or an associate's degree in a technical discipline with 4 years of related experience, or a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 2 years of related experience. Must maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, pass a favorable medical examination, and demonstrate proficiency in electronic work management systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include fluent use of electronic work management systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel, and at least 3 years of experience in nuclear power plant operations.
Skills
Must possess strong leadership, supervisory, and communication skills. Proficiency in nuclear power plant operations and maintenance procedures is essential.

The expected salary range is $133,200 to $148,000, varying based on experience.
