GMC - Coordinator Order Fulfillment (2482)

Position

This position will report into the order management team, and supports the fulfillment, logistics and execution of bulk, residential new construction, and specialty orders.

Responsibilities

• Enters and works to fulfill orders according to client needs
• Closely works with local branches and factory to ensure order fulfillment
• Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain accurate and efficient fulfillment
• Serves as a one point of contact for the clients, and executes as needed through regular calls, meetings, e-mails, etc. as needed
• Maintains accurate and efficient fulfillment
• Aids customers in ensuring correct product selection and matchups
• Maintains smooth logistics for deliveries
• Returns inventory as needed
• Runs open order reports regularly
• Supports ongoing business needs with additional projects/duties

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Power Point, Word)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Comfortable interacting with cross functional teams
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A strategic and analytical mind

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in supply chain or operations role
• High School Diploma or GED
• Associate degree a plus
