Fulfillment Coordinator 2
About the role
Overview Coordinators are an essential component of BHN Operations. Utilizing both manual and automated processes, they are responsible for the packing, shipping, and quality assurance/control of every customer order fulfilled by Blackhawk Fulfillment Solutions. By adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Global Quality Metrics (GQM), coordinators work collaboratively to ensure that each order is dispatched promptly and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a clean and organized working environment
- Picking, assembling, and sorting gift cards based on customer orders and client specifications
- Stuffing envelopes with customer carriers, gift cards, and other product
- Restocking supplies (cards, envelopes, paper, etc.)
- Executing projects and tasks to improve department needs and efficiency
- Performing routine cycle counts and inventory maintenance
- Following the expected workflow set forth by the management team
- Maintaining effective communication with management team
- Punctuality and adherence to BFS attendance policy
- Data entry
- Label creation and packaging of expedited shipments
- Performing quality checks
- Recognition, continuous improvement, and training
- Staging Frist Class and Expedited mail for pickups
- Ensuring picking aisles and stations are properly stocked
- Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned

- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Ability to adapt to changing department priorities and tasks, based on business needs
- Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.

- A flexibility to work overtime
