About the role:

You will partner closely with Sales, Product and Customer teams to strengthen the go‑to‑market strategy across key markets, with a particular focus on accelerating growth in North America. You will align Product Marketing, Brand & Content and Demand Generation around clear priorities and shared business outcomes—from market awareness and positioning to pipeline creation, conversion and revenue impact. The role can be based in the USA, Canada, UK or France.
That seems good. Responsibilities: include the 1 month, 3 months, 12 months goals plus ongoing duties. We can list as- .

- Within 12 months: lead strategic projects for the company; own the renaming/rebranding decision; own the repositioning decision; transform demand generation from demand capture to demand creation; support revenue in scaling outbound to 50% of pipeline creation.
We'll put as list.
Requirements: include proven VP/SVP-level leader, B2B SaaS marketing, 10+ years experience, location, etc.
We can list:
- Proven VP/SVP‑level marketing leader ready for full global ownership and direct work with the CEO.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
- Experience in HR Tech, Future of Work, collaboration, productivity or knowledge/AI platforms is a plus (not required).
- Ability to master at least three of the following functions: product marketing, demand generation, content marketing, brand.
- Outstanding communication skills; expected to be vocal in the market.
- Servant leadership style to lead a team of 20+.
- Experience in rebranding/renaming is a plus.
- Fluent English (US/UK).
- Enthusiasm for the working environment (see link).
But note that "master of at least 3 of the following functions" is more skill; but we can keep in Requirements or Skills. We'll keep in Skills maybe.
Let's separate: Requirements: experience, location, leadership level. Skills: functional mastery, communication, leadership style, rebranding experience, language, enthusiasm.
But we need to avoid thin sections. Could combine Requirements and Skills into one "Requirements" section with both experience and skills. However we have allowed headings; we could just use "Requirements" and include all. That would be fine.
But we also have "Benefits" and "Pay". Let's do:
- About the role (h3)
- Responsibilities (h3)
- Requirements (h3) (includes experience, skills, etc.)
- Benefits (h3)
- Pay (h3)
We'll omit Schedule.
Now Benefits: list items from "What We Offer:" after Compensation.
Benefits/Perks list:
- Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental insurance starting your first full month
- 401k matching starting from day 1
- Generous parental leave
- Professional development opportunities through our own platform
- Unlimited days of annual PTO
- 5 days for sick leave
- 10 holidays
- Remote‑first organization with flexible work hours
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: 6 active ERGs (Mental Health, Environmental/Sustainability, Women, Parents, LGBTQIA2S+, Ethnic Diversity) each with an executive team member.
- Corporate Social Responsibility: review CSR Charter (link) – maybe we can keep as benefit? It's not exactly a benefit but could be included. However instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate; CSR is not EEO but could be considered corporate info. Might be okay to keep but it's not a benefit per se. Safer to omit CSR link? It's not a benefit but could be considered part of culture. Might be okay to keep as a bullet under Benefits? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. CSR is not EEO but could be considered legal? Not sure. I'd keep it as it's not explicitly prohibited. However it's a link to CSR Charter; could be considered corporate info. I'd keep it as a bullet.
Also "Culture: A framework that will help you make an impact - envision our way of working and our Convexity Culture: link & find out more about the teams, product and processes link". That's more culture; could be included in About the role or Benefits. Might be okay to add as bullet under Benefits? But it's not a benefit per se. Might be better to incorporate into About the role.
We'll keep Benefits bullets as the list of tangible perks.
Now Pay: "Compensation: Pay structure includes base salary, variable incentive pay
