Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive global marketing strategies for our diverse product and service portfolio.
- Directly leads, develops, and mentors a global team of Product Managers, establishing best-in-class Product Management capabilities across the organization.
- Develop and implement differentiated positioning and communication strategies for CooperSurgical Fertility Solutions, in collaboration with the SVP, Fertility Services, to ensure a cohesive overall positioning.
- Oversee product portfolio lifecycle management, including positioning, to drive profitable and sustainable growth.
- Manage budgets effectively, optimizing marketing spend to maximize ROI, and promote a culture of marketing efficiency and impact.
- Foster close collaboration with commercial and functional partners to ensure marketing strategies align with overarching business objectives.
- Drive marketing excellence in strategy development, product management, and communication efforts.
- Assess market opportunities to facilitate effective product introductions and promote portfolio growth.
- Build and cultivate a high-performing marketing team to execute strategies effectively.
- Monitor key metrics and objectives to inform informed business planning.
- Establish advertising and PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and promote both products and the company.

- Proven track record of making high-quality decisions based on analysis, experience, and judgment.
- Energetic and action-oriented, with a willingness to take initiative and seize opportunities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate a compelling vision, inspire teams, and rally support behind strategic goals.
- Proficient in essential software tools, including Word, Excel, Access, and data management systems.
- Prior experience in leadership and mentoring roles within complex business environments is preferred.
- Strong language skills with the ability to write reports, create presentations, and effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of addressing practical challenges in a non-standardized environment.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing circumstances and a continuous commitment to learning and growth.
- 10+ years of successful experience in Medical/Pharmaceutical Marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a director role.
- Proven global marketing expertise for complex product and service portfolios in industries such as MedTech, digital health, dental, consumer health, or fertility.
- Track record of building strong brands and businesses, ideally in both B2B and B2C contexts.
- Experience in healthcare marketing is preferred, but experience in related industries is acceptable.
- Experience in large companies with a deep understanding of global markets and dynamics.
- Minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience.
- Experience in managing a team of marketing professionals for a minimum of five years.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
- Master’s degree in marketing or business Administration is preferred.
