Responsibilities
- Own global revenue performance, achieving quarterly and annual growth objectives
- Develop and execute worldwide sales and go-to-market strategies
- Build and inspire a high-performing global organization
- Establish and optimize sales methodologies and performance metrics
- Drive strategic customer engagement and account penetration
- Lead annual and quarterly planning processes for territory and resource allocation
- Affirm accurate pipeline management and execution against objectives
Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead and scale global organizations across diverse regions and cultures
- Experience developing growth strategies that scale revenue from $300M to over $1B
- Strong sales leadership and operational execution expertise
- Track record of exceeding revenue targets consistently
- Exceptional strategic thinking and executive communication skills
- 15+ years in enterprise software, cybersecurity, networking, or IT solutions sales
- 7+ years of executive leadership experience managing senior sales leaders and teams
