Responsibilities
- Lead the transition process for JLL Portfolio Solutions, ensuring alignment with client expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively manage transitions and resolve issues
- Monitor progress towards implementation dates, escalating delays as needed
- Develop stabilization and optimization plans post-transition
- Conduct transition meetings to identify and address risks and challenges
- Create content for sales proposals and participate in related activities
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance client onboarding efficiency
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in continuous improvement or business partnering
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven expertise in project management and problem-solving
- Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on detail and process improvement
- Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with account transitions, renewals, or expansions
