About the company

Global Talent Group offers a new concept of highly practical training for recent graduates, developed through experiences in international companies abroad. The first program, the International Talent Program, begins in Shanghai, Beijing, and Harbin. The program is created specifically for recent graduates who want to put their university knowledge into practice while strengthening their personal skills. The goal is for students to learn to get the best from themselves, identifying professional interests, strengths, and areas for development through a supervised, work-oriented experience. Global Talent Group provides practical training in an international environment under mentorship. Unlike traditional programs, which have around 20% practical experience, Global Talent Group's programs provide up to 80% on-the-job training time.

Founders

Carmen Guzmán (Madrid, 1967) holds a law degree from Universidad San Pablo CEU in Madrid and later specialized in Human Resources management at Wake Forest University in North Carolina (USA). Throughout her career she has held important positions as a member and head of the Human Resources area at international companies including Philip Morris, Ericsson, Kimberly Clark, and Grupo BEL, and as director of the Human Resources division at Barclays Spain. She is currently co-founder of Global Talent Group, together with another great professional.
