About the role

As a Senior Global Talent Partner, you will have the opportunity to support multiple worldwide functions and work directly with senior leaders and Global People and Business Partners to develop and execute a talent strategy and programming to support talent management, leader and team member development and succession planning. In this role, you are positioned to improve the efficiency and impact of our talent related people programs at Micron by employing AI.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business strategy into forward-looking talent and development plans that meet current and future organizational needs.
  • Build trusted, influential partnerships with Sr. Director–SVP leaders and global people/business partners.
  • Strengthen workforce capability by empowering employees with tools, ownership, and career development pathways.
  • Apply thought leadership, innovation, and market trends to design solutions that address complex business challenges.
  • Serve as a real-time feedback loop, interpreting evolving business needs and influencing talent management strategy.
  • Provide expert consultation on leadership development and talent strategies to leaders and HR partners.
  • Drive talent planning and mobility through scalable, AI-enabled practices that improve outcomes and career growth.
  • Lead coordinated talent solutions using behavioral change, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to continuously improve learning and organizational impact.

Minimum Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HR/Talent Management experience, supported by a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or training related fields.
  • Build and influence positive relationships across all levels in a global, matrixed organization, bringing to bear leadership and relationship-building skills.
  • Act as a trusted, strategic partner delivering people-centric solutions aligned to business priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Deliver results with urgency, ownership, and a bias for action while navigating ambiguity across global and cross-cultural settings.
  • Apply AI-enabled tools, strong project management, and facilitation skills to improve team effectiveness and execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in high-tech, semiconductor environments with strong understanding of industry dynamics.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, complex global organizations.
  • Experience demonstrating AI proficiency to drive efficiency, streamline processes, and improve team efficiency.

Pay

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is $92,000.00 – $208,000.00 a year. Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
