About the role
This role recruits salaried employees for a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting engineering, operations, management, and corporate functions.
Responsibilities
- Manages full lifecycle recruitment for salaried positions across engineering, technical, professional, and managerial functions within a manufacturing environment.
- Pairs with hiring managers to understand role requirements and long-term workforce needs, then sources, screens, and interviews candidates to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Buils and maintains strong talent pipelines through internal databases, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Develops relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and HR partners to enhance the candidate experience and supports employer branding efforts.
- Stays informed about labor market trends and compensation benchmarks, tracks recruiting metrics to identify process improvements, and participates in campus recruiting programs and industry events.
- Ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings, with a focus on salaried employees.
- Proven experience managing full lifecycle recruiting for engineering, technical, professional, and managerial roles.
- Strong sourcing skills, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in hiring.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Global recruiting experience for engineering, operations, and technical roles in a manufacturing environment, particularly in Canada or Mexico.
- Familiarity with workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
- Experience with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.

Pay
$95,000 to $120,000 per year, based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
