Responsibilities
- Proven experience of strategic account planning, negotiation, and management of complex, global accounts
- Established executive-level network to originate, expand, and protect complex, multi-year banking relationships
- Manage and grow a global book of business to maximize impact, revenue, and customer satisfaction
- Identify, negotiate, and deliver opportunities that create shared value through tailored enterprise propositions
- Translate banking market intelligence into pipeline strategy and account prioritization
- Partner closely with industry-focused analysts, product leaders, and senior executives to deliver differentiated value propositions
- Represent Moody’s externally at key industry forums, executive roundtables, and events
- Travel up to 50% to engage clients face-to-face while operating effectively within a hybrid working environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Advanced degree (MBA, JD/LLB, MA/MS, MEng, or similar) preferred
Qualifications
- Experience leading complex, strategic negotiations and delivering on subsequent agreements
- Ability to establish vision and strategy and influence complex networks to deliver clear results
- Strong networking capability within relevant industries, with deep awareness of market trends and proven C-suite engagement skills
- Expertise in relationship management and consultative selling across all organizational levels, with a highly diplomatic approach
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across in-person and virtual environments
- Global experience working across multiple markets and engaging effectively with virtual teams; ability to speak multiple languages preferred
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency
- Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use

Pay
The anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $198,300.00 - $287,550.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
Schedule
This role requires up to 50% travel to engage clients face-to-face while operating effectively within a hybrid working environment.
