Global Mobility International Tax Accountant

Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech. US Citizenship Required. International business experience Experience in performing financial analysis and building reporting dashboards Familiarity with RPA tools, tax technology platforms, or mobility management systems Experience living or working overseas Payroll experience (domestic and/or international) Accounting background CPA or EA credential is a plus Prior work experience with the Big 4 accounting firm(s) is a plus Prior Global Mobility experience is a plus Basic Qualifications Outstanding customer service orientation (responsive and ownership of assignments to closure) 5+years of experience in global mobility tax, expatriate tax, or international individual income tax Demonstrated ability to handle complex tax equalization and expatriate tax matters Individual income tax preparation experience Meticulous with numbers, Attention to Detail Experience in improving or transforming tax or payroll processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced Excel and computer skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis functions) Ability to work in a fast paced, matrixed environment Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills Team player
