Global Head of Total Rewards - Food Ingredients

Location: Hazlet, NJ – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Compensation: $210,224 – $300,320 annually.

About the role

This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a Food & Beverages environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the global Total Rewards strategy
• Assess existing compensation and benefits programs for future alignment
• Lead global compensation planning and salary benchmarking
• Develop incentive programs linked to business performance
• Collaborate on executive compensation strategy for a PE-backed environment
• Partner with HR and finance leaders on talent retention strategies
• Transition inherited programs to a scalable, business-aligned rewards framework

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Total Rewards or HR leadership roles
• Experience managing global compensation and benefits programs
• Proficient in designing compensation structures and incentive plans
• Familiarity with vendor management and country-specific benefits frameworks
• Expertise in job architecture and pay governance analytics
