Global Head of Total Rewards

About the Role

You will be responsible for shaping and evolving the company’s compensation philosophy, overseeing global pay review cycles, governing equity programs, and building strong reward analytics that support workforce planning and cost forecasting. Success in this role is not simply about maintaining reward frameworks. It is about ensuring compensation remains a credible strategic lever for performance, retention, and long-term business growth.

What You'll Do

• Shape and evolve the company’s compensation philosophy
• Oversee global pay review cycles
• Govern equity programs
• Build strong reward analytics that support workforce planning and cost forecasting

Who You Are

• Experience leading Total Rewards functions in international organisations
• Deep understanding of compensation frameworks, equity programs, and incentive design
• Experience partnering closely with Finance on workforce modelling and cost forecasting
• Exposure to multi-jurisdiction reward governance, particularly across Europe
• The ability to balance strategic thinking with operational depth in fast-growing environments
• Experience within fintech or similarly fast-paced global technology companies is strongly preferred, particularly within organisations operating at a comparable stage of growth

Pay

Compensation Range: $200K - $300K
