Head of Global Total Rewards

For our client, we are seeking a Head of Global Total Rewards to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This leader will own the global total rewards strategy and partner closely with senior HR leaders and the Board to shape compensation programs that support growth and retention. The role will balance executive pay, equity, and broader rewards design while ensuring programs are market-competitive, scalable, and compliant. This is a highly influential position with direct impact on organizational effectiveness and the employee experience across a global workforce. Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $244,440 – $345,084 annually Responsibilities Architect and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy Collaborate with stakeholders, including the Board of Directors and HR Business Partners Serve as an integral member of the HR leadership team Leverage market knowledge to design tailored compensation strategies Manage the design and administration of executive and equity compensation programs Evaluate employee recognition programs and recommend enhancements Ensure compliance with compensation-related regulations Qualifications BA/BS degree is preferred 12+ years of relevant experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards Proven experience designing executive compensation plans for pre-IPO and public companies Sales compensation experience preferred History of successful change management through influence and collaboration with stakeholders Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Family planning and mental health support Flexible vacation policy with up to 18 days of paid sick leave 401(k) with company match and an employee stock purchase program 12 paid local holidays and 12 paid company wellness days Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
