About the role
As the Global Head of Total Rewards, you will lead the development and implementation of total rewards strategies that align with the company's business objectives and culture. You will be responsible for designing and managing compensation programs, benefits packages, and recognition initiatives that foster a competitive and inclusive workplace. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will collaborate closely with HR teams across the organization to ensure alignment and effectiveness of total rewards practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive total rewards strategies that drive business performance and employee engagement
- Design and manage compensation programs, benefits packages, and recognition initiatives
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of total rewards practices
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in total rewards management
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on total rewards policies and programs
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of total rewards programs to ensure they remain effective and aligned with organizational goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in total rewards management, including compensation planning, benefits administration, and program design
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing total rewards strategies in a global or multinational organization
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to inform decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Experience in a global or multinational organization
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems and other relevant software

Pay
Salary range: $200,000 - $250,000 per year
