About the role

We are seeking a Global Finance Senior Manager – Operating Group Finance to join our team. This role is based in Southern California and offers a highly competitive base salary range of $164,539 - $279,716, plus an individual annual performance bonus, Capital’s annual profitability bonus, and a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor and internal consultant to Global Technology senior leadership and governance groups, providing clear, structured, and executive-ready financial insights to inform critical decisions.
  • Lead strategic financial planning and execution, including guidance setting, long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial stewardship—connecting financial outcomes to enterprise priorities.
  • Drive finance-led transformation and change initiatives, improving financial capabilities, operating models, and decision frameworks that strengthen business partnership across Global Technology.
  • Provide end-to-end finance project and program leadership, establishing clear scope, governance, milestones, and accountability to deliver results through completion.
  • Influence across a highly matrixed organization, aligning senior stakeholders with differing priorities and navigating ambiguity to drive results.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team, setting direction, modeling Capital Group values, and delivering outcomes through others.

Requirements

  • Deep experience supporting executive leadership in complex, global organizations.
  • Experience in business management and consulting, leading technology functions through operating model transitions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to frame and convey complex ideas into clear, understandable materials.
  • A proven track record of leading financial transformation and change, modernizing finance capabilities, and enabling stronger enterprise decision-making.
  • A disciplined finance project and program leader, known for execution rigor, stakeholder alignment, and getting complex initiatives across the finish line.
  • Ability to lead with clarity, accountability, and purpose, developing leaders, setting expectations, and delivering results through teams.
  • Experience in ambiguity, seeing the big picture, and breaking complex objectives into actionable plans that drive sustained impact.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, preferably in a consulting or technology environment.
  • CPA certification preferred.
  • Proven ability to influence decisions by connecting financial insights to business strategy and outcomes.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial audiences.
  • Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and practices in finance and accounting.

Pay

Base salary range: $164,539 - $279,716, plus an individual annual performance bonus, Capital’s annual profitability bonus, and a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
