About the role
Spring Health is a global mental health company dedicated to eliminating barriers to mental health. We provide personalized support through various modalities including self-guided tools, coaching, therapy, medication management, and specialty care. Our Care Navigator/Support Coordinator will assist members throughout their mental health journey, ensuring they are satisfied with the Spring Health experience.
Responsibilities
- Interact with and support patients via phone, chat, and emails in English and Dutch.
- Manage care coordination needs, including sign-ups, troubleshooting, intake information gathering, appointment scheduling, and cancellation.
- Conduct clinical needs assessments, develop care plans, and refer to appropriate levels of care.
- Assess and manage member crises, providing support, triage, safety planning, and follow-up.
- Provide psycho-education, empathy, and motivational assistance for mental health, substance use, and family/relationship concerns.
- Engage in CIR intake and coaching services for global members and customers.
- Identify and solve issues affecting care, including technical problems, and document crisis resources.
- Research and document crisis resources for members in different countries.
- Review and document patient interactions in Spring Health’s online systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve member experiences.
- Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, training, and special projects.
Requirements
- Masters degree in a behavioral health field and licensure/certification as a counselor, social worker, or psychotherapist, psychologist.
- Fully bilingual (written and spoken) in both English and Dutch.
- Additional language fluency such as Portuguese, Spanish, etc. is a plus.
Qualifications
- Counselor, Psychotherapist, or Social Worker with a masters degree and appropriate credentials in your US state or country of residence.
- Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience post licensure.
- Excellent written and verbal English and Dutch communication skills.
- Comfortable using multiple computer platforms and learning new systems.
- Motivated to provide a high-touch experience and outstanding customer service.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

Pay
The target base range for this position is $33.33- $42.31, with a competitive total rewards package including benefits.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST.
