Gestionnaire en Finance H/F
About the role
We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead strategic missions focused on financial analysis, margin management, and forecasting, while contributing to reporting and KPI monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Drive financial analysis and margin management initiatives.
- Develop and maintain forecasts and budget tracking.
- Monitor and interpret KPIs to guide strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synthesize and present financial data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Finance, Management, or a related field from a business school or university.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial management, management control, or Administrative and Financial Direction.
- Strong skills in KPI analysis, budget tracking, margin management, and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and office tools; knowledge of financial ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to synthesize and interpret financial data to support strategic decisions.
- Fluent in French; English is a plus in an international environment.
- Rigorous, proactive, and strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across diverse teams.
