Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Accounts Receivable cycle, including project setup, client invoicing, contract tracking, budget monitoring, and proactive collections management.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations, support general ledger accounting, and independently drive assigned segments of the period-end close process.
• Prepare financial reports and updates for leadership while resolving financial inquiries across internal teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate finance or accounting.
• Deep hands-on familiarity with full-cycle billing, collections, and contract management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with enterprise ERPs (SAP R/3 or S/4HANA is a strong plus).
• Curiosity and comfort using modern productivity and AI tools to streamline processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
