About the role

Gerner Kronick + Valcarcel Architects DPC is seeking multiple Architectural Designer positions. Applicants should have a BArch or MArch degree from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of architectural designs
• Collaborate with architects and interior designers on project teams
• Create detailed drawings and models
• Research and analyze building codes and regulations
• Prepare construction documents and specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
• Strong understanding of architectural principles and design techniques
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Experience with architectural design and construction documentation
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices
• Interest in diverse project types including residential, commercial, and hospitality
