About the role

You'll work closely with the firm's principal and clients across all phases — from schematic design through construction administration. This isn't a support role. You'll have real ownership of projects and build lasting relationships with clients who are deeply invested in their programs and communities.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from concept to completion.
• Build lasting relationships with clients who are deeply invested in their programs and communities.

Requirements

• 4–10 years of architectural experience
• Licensed (preferred) or actively pursuing licensure (required if not licensed)
• Proficient in Revit
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, lean environment
• Communicate clearly and confidently with clients, contractors, and colleagues
• Experience with — or a genuine interest in — civic, nonprofit, or community-focused work
• Thrives in a small studio culture where craft matters more than volume
