About the Role
As a Home Care Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing one-on-one support to clients, such as companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Encouraging and promoting independence and autonomy for our clients
- Building strong relationships with clients, families, and other caregivers
- Communicating effectively with the care team to ensure seamless care coordination
- Maintaining accurate records and reports of client care
