About the Role

Home Helpers of Martinsburg is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Support Specialist to join our team in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia and surrounding areas. As a key member of our Home Care team, you will play a vital role in providing essential support to seniors and individuals in need, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

• Providing one-on-one support to clients, such as companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care
• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Encouraging and promoting independence and autonomy for our clients
• Building strong relationships with clients, families, and other caregivers
• Communicating effectively with the care team to ensure seamless care coordination
• Maintaining accurate records and reports of client care
