About the Role

Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment needs, and medication administration. Ensures patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, considering patient preferences, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs.
• Use critical nursing skills to evaluate physical and psychosocial needs.
• Communicate care plans effectively across the continuum of care.
• Maintain safety-sensitive responsibilities requiring alertness and safe work practices.
