About the role
As a GEOINT Collection Manager, you will help your client understand and implement the most efficient strategies to acquire the data they require. Your responsibilities include validating information, applying collection analysis tradecraft, and refining collection strategies against existing and emerging problem sets.
Responsibilities
- Develop geospatial information needs that give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need.
- Help your client understand and implement the most efficient strategies to acquire the data they require.
- Build and retain internal relationships and collaborate with external partners.
- Work independently and as part of a team to manage competing demands and changing priorities.
- Provide time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.
Requirements
- Experience defining, documenting, or drafting workstreams, SOPs, or best practices in writing.
- Knowledge of the GEOINT community, its focus areas, and its collection management structures.
- Ability to build and retain internal relationships and collaborate with external partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to manage competing demands and changing priorities.
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
Qualifications
- HS diploma or GED and 5+ years of experience with GEOINT collection management.
- Associate’s degree and 4+ years of experience with GEOINT collection management.
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience with GEOINT collection management.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Understanding of various collection platform capabilities and applications.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tool suite, Adobe Premier, or Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience with GEOINT collection using GIMS.
- Experience developing educational materials and performance support solutions.
- Experience developing requirements for GEOINT systems.
- Experience with GEOINT operations within the COCOMs or Armed Services.
- Experience with GEOINT analysis, IT architecture, acquisition, procurement, and project management.
- GEOINT Professional Certification - Fundamentals (GPC-F).
- GEOINT Professional Certification - Collections (GPC-C).

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
