About the role

A skilled geospatial and remote sensing analyst can turn geospatial data into mission critical information. This role involves extracting meaning and context from various collection platform capabilities and applications, leveraging national and commercial satellite optical, infrared, and remote sensing solutions, and analyzing data to assess meaning and potential intent.

Responsibilities

  • Work with a team of Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Source Strategies Analysts (SSAs) to extract meaning and context from various collection platform capabilities and applications.
  • Leverage national and commercial satellite optical, infrared, and remote sensing solutions to analyze data and assess meaning and potential intent.
  • Design, analyze, develop, and create geospatial solutions for priorities such as infrastructure, topography, human geography, and intelligence.
  • Collaborate with customers and source providers to develop comprehensive multi-intelligence, multi-source strategies to address complex or unusual intelligence problems.
  • Support the research phase of Information Need development and understand the impacts of phenomenology on tasking of traditional and non-traditional GEOINT.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) of GEOINT data including support to real-time and activity-based collection.
  • 5+ years of experience managing large multi-source data sensemaking, assessing metrics associated with model output confidence and reliability, developing automated collection strategies, and working with data scientists.
  • Experience with multi-tasking for day-to-day operations within a program management and professional environment in several geographically separated client locations.
  • Experience with NSG focus areas and collection management structures, including NSG and IC collaborative tools for GEOINT collection, production, and visualization.
  • Knowledge of traditional and developing overhead sensors and capabilities with exposure to automated collection strategies and inferencing methodologies which derive insights from temporal and spatial data sets.

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
  • High school diploma or GED.

Skills

  • Experience with turning intelligence capabilities and workflows into learning objectives for training audiences.
  • Experience providing feedback to assist with development of training materials.
  • GPC-F Certification.

  • The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).
