Overview

In this remote, full-time US role, you will support real-world AI/ML training workflows including data labeling, RLHF evaluation, prompt evaluation, and QA evaluation across end-to-end LLM training pipelines.

What You Will Do

• Plan and run cross-functional workstreams spanning data labeling, RLHF evaluation, and QA evaluation
• Own training data quality initiatives: sampling plans, error taxonomies, and annotation guidelines compliance
• Coordinate prompt evaluation and LLM evaluation to support model performance improvement loops
• Support NLP programs (e.g., named entity recognition) including taxonomy alignment and labeling operations
• Partner with computer vision annotation teams on bounding boxes, segmentation, and dataset audits
• Help content safety labeling programs define policy, edge cases, and escalation paths
• Work with AI labs, tech startups, BPOs, and annotation vendors to standardize processes and reporting
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and operational rhythms for LLM training pipelines

Required Qualifications

• Mid-Senior experience driving execution across ambiguous, cross-functional projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
• Hands-on familiarity with training data workflows, QA evaluation, and quality rubrics
• Experience supporting remote teams and asynchronous workflows

Pay & Benefits

• Competitive hourly rate: $30–$50/hr.
