About the role
This contract position interacts with various departments and employees up to and including the leadership team. A high level of professionalism and willingness to help others while complying with policies and procedures is significant.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Fleet Vehicle Program (325+ vehicles across multiple affiliates and 5 site fleet managers), including ordering new vehicles, maintenance programs, and returning vehicles as requested while complying with company policy and procedures.
- Monitor vehicle utilization and inventory while ensuring accurate records and reporting.
- Serve as the primary liaison between affiliates, drivers, fleet vendors, and management regarding fleet operations.
- Develop and implement fleet procedures and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Process and coordinate facilities work orders while supporting General Services operations, including building services, vendor management, office moves, and workplace support initiatives.
- Provide General Services support to all affiliates in scope (TEPRI, TEAS, TEEPUSA, TEEPAME, TEEPRT, TEEPNV, TEMUSA, TERUSA, ATMI, and TGPNA).
- Support the Tower Fire Warden Program through active participation in ongoing meetings, coordination efforts, and quarterly fire drills.
- Administer Amex for Tower and remote sites.
- Participate in the Hurricane Response Committee (Tower).
- Serve as the ODP Website Key User (TEPRI/TEAS).
- Provide high-level support to affiliates regarding fleet-related matters.
- Support General Services operations as required.
- Demonstrate strong safety awareness and knowledge about the building, building lease, business units, departments, policies, and procedures.
- Support building operations, vendor management, workplace services, and budget administration.
- Foster the development of a sustainable and efficient General Services program with an aim of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and Star Cristal.
- Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong analytical skills.
