About the role
As a Contracts Coordinator, you will manage all KDSNE Rocky Hill branch accounts, working with lease partners and both internal and external customers. This role supports the coordination of order processing workflows, ensures compliance with billing procedures, and contributes to process improvements in documentation accuracy and customer setup. You will also provide support and backup to other KDSNE branches while maintaining excellent customer service representation.
Responsibilities
- Maintains all cycles and processes all maintenance agreement invoicing.
- Verifies and maintains new contracts in eAutomate.
- Obtains meters and assists with managing devices in KFS.
- Runs meter reports for meter collection and assists in meter entry into eAutomate as needed.
- Assists Accounts Receivable in resolving contract issues.
- Runs monthly termination and lease reports.
- Validates entered meters and estimates uncollected meters as needed.
- Processes all contract billing and mails out contract invoices.
- Processes all customer name, location, and address changes as needed.
- Collaborates with Finance and Sales teams to resolve discrepancies in billing or customer setup.
- Maintains a billing log for tracking deals from sales order to funding to commission payout.
- Acts as point of contact with leasing companies on new and closed deals.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date contract documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Responds to customer inquiries regarding contract billing questions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Pay
The typical pay range for this role is $54,000–$67,000 annually. This range represents the base salary for all positions in the job grade. The actual base salary offer will depend on factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant considerations.
