About the role
As a Service Contracts Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the lifecycle of service agreements and ensuring delivery against customer commitments. You will work cross-functionally with service, sales and external partners to manage contracts, coordinate service execution and drive a high level of customer experience.
What Will You Do?
- Manage service contracts, warranties and customer entitlements (SLAs), ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate preventive maintenance (PM) and service activities with customers and delivery partners
- Track Contact renewals, expirations and extensions: proactively support renewal planning
- Prepare and manage time & material (T&M) quotes, including scope validation and partner coordination
- Support RFQ processes and collaborate with external service providers to meet customer requirements
- Review service documentation to ensure work performed aligns with contractual scope
- Validate partner invoices against purchase orders and support the invoicing process
- Monitor service delivery performance to ensure on time execution and SLA adherence
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email and service systems
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business, Operations, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in service coordination, contracts administration, or customer support
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g. Acumatica, SAP, Salesforce) preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving capabilities

Pay
USD 68,000 - USD 102,000 per year, including base pay and short-term incentives. Individual pay is determined by performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
